NYC Taxi: Predict Trip Time & Delay Risk

Built an applied ML pipeline on NYC taxi data to predict airport trip duration and estimate late-risk for Manhattan → JFK/LGA rides. Compared regression and classification models, then translated predictions into a practical buffer-time guidance concept for travelers and ops teams.
